In 2006, Lisin visited the Indigenous Tribe Industry Expo

Lisin's most significant honor was seeing her mother watching her from the audience as she received the award from Walis Pering, Minister of the Council of Indigenous Peoples, in 2006.

This competition was a cross-county, cross-regional creation that carried the mission of tribal culture and a personal emotional connection to her mother. As an Amis tribe member, Lisin showcased the emotions of the sea and rivers using blue as the primary color. The ensemble titled "Ocean Ripples" (Maula do Liya) combined hand-woven patterns, traditional motifs, Scottish influences, and Southeast Asian ethnic styles. It aimed to bring the emotions and culture of "water" into formal banquets and magnificent settings.

By incorporating Scottish and Southeast Asian ethnic styles, Lisin reinterpreted the warrior attire of the 奇美部落(Kiwit tribe), an Amis subgroup. The boat-shaped hat symbolized the connection to the sea, while the red waistband and ceremonial knife represented the eternal passion of Amis warriors. The floral patterns on the black skirt represented the warmth and fragrance of the native land. The cuffs and waistband featured hand-woven designs, carrying the resilience of the primitive life force. Overall, the ensemble presented a majestic and vibrant military uniform, evoking the energetic movements of warrior dances.

As the waves swayed, the blessed bride slowly walked along the sea, resembling the birth of a marine spirit. It was the most beautiful day. The use of blue hues represented the primary colors of the ocean. Modified traditional Amis headdresses added festivity and nobility. Traditional wool curling craftsmanship was incorporated, embellishing hand-embroidered motifs on the flowing fringe representing the movement of the ocean. The overall ensemble resembled a gift from the sea—a jade shell, symbolizing the blessings the bride brought to her husband's family.

Lisin is on the runway with the model. Artist Ado' Kaliting Pacidal served as the host, and Lisin received the award from Walis Pering and was selected as a winner.
